While Kevin Spacey is setting trends and growing up, his brother seems taken with everything that is not that. He is a limo driver. Who impersonates Rod Stewart.
Aching for the spotlight, he isnt’ afraid to drop Kevin’s name – but apparently he’s a sweet heart.
He was kind of a mythical being when I (a commenter on the Gawker story) was in high school, because it was mostly pre-social media, so there was just a general rumour going around that some celebrity’s brother (it switched between Brad Pitt and Kevin Spacey) drove a limo in town and impersonated Rod Stewart, so we tracked him down and booked the dude! We wanted to “play it cool,” so we didn’t ask him about his brother. Dude was super-friendly and had some pretty dope music choices (according to a half-drunk 17-year-old).
Randy Fowler is his name and Rod’s Limos is his business.
But it seems that Randy has many talents. He is a graphic designer:
And has written a book detailing the life of an abused child – using Kevin’s fame to drive it:
He even plays the drums:

Including ones that depict himself as Rod:
Randy is even a UFO truther – and put his grade in the title just to prove his authority:
But he’s cool. He’s been a limo driver for the Make-a-Wish Foundation for a number of years – even though the “wish” often ends up second in the ‘who’s best’ contest.
The brother’s haven’t spoken in 25 years, however, although Randy still loves Kevin:
